The time had come for our parents to downsize and they wanted to move from a 4 bed house to a smaller more manageable property.
They chose Beech Court as they liked the good sized rooms with plenty of storage space and, being an apartment, it’s all on one level so there are no risky stairs. Although private people, they much valued the social element of Beech Court and made many new friends.The delightful grounds offer plenty of outdoor space and they experienced the changing seasons without the hard work of tending their own garden.
They enjoyed the short walk into Solihull, calling in on most days, perhaps to shop, enjoy the local amenities or visit their GP.
