Katherine is a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer with 15 years post qualification experience. As Head of Valuation at Centrick, Katherine manages the day-today running of the valuation team including all panel relationships as well as new business development. Katherine carries out valuations for a range of purposes including secured lending, development, Charities Act, tax purposes, accounting, and purchase reports.
Clients include VAS Panel, Method Panel, Connells, Handelsbanken, HSBC, the United Reformed Church, local solicitors, and accountants as well as private individuals.
Michael is a Chartered Surveyor with over 30 years post qualification experience. He is also a RICS Registered Valuer. Michael undertakes valuations for a wide variety of purposes including secured lending for a number of Banks and lenders; SIPP transfer, Help-to-Buy redemption, probate and matrimonial.
