In the heart of Leicester, The Saxons (formerly Saxon House) was acquired by BTR developer Oblix Living to create a new proposition for the city. During the early stages of the project Centrick extensively researched the local market, modelling a number of viability studies to inform the clients acquisition and funding of the scheme. Working closely with the developer on both the range and style of the amenity spaces, Centrick Consult also worked closely on the design of the resident engagement planning, on-site resident engagement team and end to end customer journey.
The resulting design, marketing program and competitive positioning ensured that the scheme attracted significant interest, with a current wait list of over 300 applicants and an on-site resident team already fully ingrained in the development the liveability of the scheme is already shining through.
