Our Presale Tariffs are available below, a member of the team will be able to discuss the available options and contents of each pack. A standard management pack takes 5-7 working days however, an expedited pack is also available upon request. Please note, if a management pack has been requested for a recently onboarded development, the turnaround time for a pack is slightly longer at 7-10 working days and expedited packs are not available. This is to allow us to gather all supporting documents and relevant information.
If Centrick does not collect annual service charge for the property, or if a service charge budget is not available for the development, then a management pack will not be required from us as we would not have the relevant information to complete an LPE1 form. In this case, you should refer to the freeholder directly for a pack.
Once our team has confirmed your requirements, a management pack will be sent via email where all the relevant files will be made available to download for your records.
Please note that additional enquiries forwarded after the management pack is received will incur a further cost. Any building safety enquiries further to the LPE1 will also incur an additional fee.
