How Our Team Has Grown, Evolved and Thrived
November 2025 marked a key milestone here at Centrick – five years of our Valuations service. What started back in 2020 as a small but ambitious team of two has now grown into a thriving department of seven RICS-qualified valuers, supported by two dedicated team members and an outstanding operational backbone.
It’s been a journey defined by growth, innovation, and a genuine passion for delivering reliable, robust valuation solutions across the UK.
Last week, our Valuations team brought colleagues, clients and industry friends together for a special celebration to reflect on how far they’ve come and where they’re heading next. It was a brilliant evening, and a great opportunity to gather together and mark this milestone.
For Katherine Nolan, Director of Valuations, the five-year mark has been a moment to pause and take stock of everything the team has achieved.
When we launched our valuation service in 2020, our ambition was to build a trusted, highly skilled and technology-enabled team that could deliver consistency and confidence for our clients. Five years on, I’m incredibly proud of how far we’ve come. Our valuers bring experience from leading firms across the UK and internationally, and together we have created a truly exceptional offering.
And that’s exactly what has shaped the department – talented people, strong processes and a commitment to doing things the right way.
Our continuous investment in sector-leading tech and streamlined processes has played a huge role in our growth. These tools allow our team to deliver fast, accurate and fully compliant valuation reports at scale – something that has become essential in an increasingly demanding market.
Managing Director Phil Johns summed it up perfectly:
