We assumed management responsibility for the development on 17 October 2025, following a period of self-management by Nara Living. With the scheme now almost fully let, our specialist BTR team is focused on renewals, resident retention and engagement, alongside ongoing operational excellence to support long-term performance and community satisfaction.
