We’re delighted to officially take on full management responsibilities at Trafford Gardens, a newly completed residential development on Talbot Road in Manchester (M16). Situated within one of the UK’s most exciting regeneration zones, this milestone marks another important step in the continued growth of our northern portfolio.
Having been involved with Trafford Gardens over the past year in an interim capacity, our team has played a key role in supporting the coordination and delivery of the development. Now, following the successful sale of all units, we’re proud to transition into full management and begin supporting residents and stakeholders long-term.
Trafford Gardens forms part of the wider Trafford regeneration area, which is rapidly emerging as a vibrant and well-connected residential destination. With excellent tram links to Manchester city centre and close to iconic venues like Old Trafford and Lancashire County Cricket Club, the development is well placed in a dynamic, culturally rich part of the city.
The scheme itself comprises two private residential blocks totalling 116 units, as well as a separate social housing block delivering an additional 37 homes. Developed by Linear Living Ltd., Trafford Gardens represents their first major residential scheme in Manchester – and we’re pleased to be partnering with them on this significant project.
