Centrick Valuation & Professional Services Limited Appoints Seonaid Ward as Director of Building Surveying
The Professional Services division of Centrick is pleased to announce the appointment of Seonaid Ward BSc (Hons) MRICS as Director of Building Surveying. Seonaid brings with her 20 years of industry experience across the industrial, commercial, retail, and residential property sectors.
Throughout her career, Seonaid has delivered a broad range of core building surveying services, including Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), Technical Due Diligence (TDD), Schedules of Condition, Dilapidations, Licences for Alteration, Defect Diagnosis, and Contract Administration for a diverse client base.
Commenting on the appointment, Seonaid said:
