Centrick Commercial has continued to cement its place in the property industry with the expansion of its team, following a series of key appointments. Building on a host of recent successes throughout 2021, we have welcomed two new recruits alongside promoting Kat Nolan to Head of Valuation.
Joining the team as an Agency Graduate, Ryan Cheema will support our strategy with a range of institutional and private clients across the retail, office and industrial sectors. Likewise, Ben Fish will be moving into the role of Valuation Surveyor after spending the past five years in Avison Young’s Rating Advisory team. As a Registered Valuer, he will assist the directors in providing stellar service to our existing clients

In addition to the new hires, Kat Nolan is stepping up to the role of Head of Valuation; as a part of Centrick Commercial since its inception in 2020, Nolan has played a pivotal role in the growth of the business and has been integral to it’s valuation services provision, working with a multitude of panels across the UK.

These latest appointments follow on from a host of recent triumphs for Centrick Commercial, after unlocking several new instructions by Horton’s Estates across Birmingham; including the newly refurbished 21 Bennetts Hill, the much-lauded Southside building by Paloma Capital and the former RBS building at 81 Colmore Row by Floreat.
Employing over 155 team members – with the Centrick Commercial team growing by 30% in the past three months alone – Centrick has celebrated several recent appointments, including Alex Tross heading up Centrick Commercial as Director and most recently, Luke Dennis’ appointment as Land Manager.
