Each property has a dedicated property manager responsible for it, who is supported day-to-day by our office-based support teams.

In order to provide you with the very best service, we have a strong team of people assigned to your property and available to you. Our on-boarding team will make the transition to our Estate Management service as swift and smooth as possible.
Your dedicated Property Manager will take responsibility for your property, and carry out regular site inspections, prepare and manage budgets, attend client and residents’ meetings and oversee our property management team on the day-to-day management of your property. This team will also include access to our health & safety compliance manager.
Our experienced team of service charge accountants will work closely with your Property Manager to ensure that property accounts are up-to-date and that any queries are handled promptly and efficiently.
We also operate an out-of-hours emergency helpline to assist you, no matter what time of day or night.
We are committed to our membership of key industry bodies to help us stay on top of new laws and regulations that affect property management – this means that we can be even more effective at looking after your needs.
We follow RICS guidelines and have ARMA Accreditation (Association of Residential Managing Agents) placing consumers at the heart meeting the ‘Consumer Charter and Standards’, 180 standards developed specifically for managing agents.
Complying with the RICS code of practice ‘Service Charge Residential Management Code’ as well as being registered members of The Property Ombudsman.
We are also registered members of the IRPM (Institute of Residential Property Management), which raises standards in the management of residential property in the UK and provides our team with independent training and professional qualifications.

Created to provide maximum efficiency and total transparency, this portal provides regular updates regarding a property and enables live issues or questions to be logged and tracked through to completion. Service charges can also be logged and paid through mycentrick.

Working closely with your Property Manager, our service charge team is able to advise on and handle everything from administering service charges to ensuring that they are paid and that service charge spend is carefully tracked and remains within budget.
