    In order to provide you with the very best service, we have a strong team of people assigned to your property and available to you. Our property integration team make the transition to our building & estate management service as swift and smooth as possible.

    Your property manager will take holistic responsibility for your property, carrying out regular site inspections, preparing and managing your budgets and accounts, attend client and residents’ meetings and collaborate with our wider property management team on the day-to-day management of your home. This team will also include access to our health & safety compliance manager ensuring your building remains safe and compliant. 

    Our experienced team of service charge accountants will work closely with your property manager to ensure that property accounts are up-to-date and that any queries are handled promptly and efficiently.

    mycentrick was developed as our bespoke online portal to provide residents with dedicated access to news, services and information about their property. Through this, we can also transfer information quickly from site reviews and inspections, all with recorded actions.

    Created to provide maximum efficiency and total transparency, this portal provides regular updates regarding a property and enables live issues or questions to be logged and tracked through to completion. Service charges can also be viewed and paid through mycentrick.

    Working closely with your property manager, our service charge team is able to advise on and handle everything from administering service charges to ensuring that they are paid and that service charge spend is carefully tracked and remains within budget.
