The team created a viable investment by renewing AST’s and letting void units to achieve 95% occupancy within the desired timeframe.

The Centrick Property team have been invaluable in helping us to regain management of this portfolio on behalf of the bank. They have a good understanding of the challenges faced by Administrators and have been able to provide us with a thorough understanding of the rental accounts and arrears position. This has enabling us to take further action where necessary and recover many of these arrears, as well as identifying the worst performing stock which has been earmarked for immediate disposal
