What is UKREiiF?
UKREiiF (The UK’s Real Estate Investment & Infrastructure Forum) is an annual event that connects people, places and businesses to accelerate and unlock sustainable, inclusive and transformational investment.
The three-day event aims to bring together the public sector, Goverment, investors, funders, developers, housebuilders and other property professionals to share insights and forge new connections.
What’s happening at UKREiiF 2024?
Taking place at the Royal Armouries and Leeds Dock from the 21st – 23rd May, the 2024 event is expected to bring thousands of attendees, exhibitors and speakers to the City of Leeds over three days, as well as seeing over 250 local authorities attend.
The event will feature over 30 stages which will host more than 700 speakers, whilst over 150 exhibitors will showcase the latest products, solutions and technologies to benefit the industry.
In addition the exhibition, UKREiiF hosts a fantastic variety of fringe events that take place both within the venue and across the city. Whether you’re looking to attend a morning run, breakfast meeting, drinks reception or a masterclass, the fringe provides attendees with an array of opportunities to connect with new businesses and professionals within the sector.

UKREiiF hosts a variety of networking events as part of both the programme and fringe.
