Empowering Experts

One of key milestones of 2024 was the rollout of our Train the Trainer programme, designed to help subject matter experts communicate their skills and insight with greater clarity and confidence.

It’s already made a big impact, empowering teams to take ownership of knowledge sharing across departments. With strong feedback and clear results, the programme will continue to run throughout 2025, further embedding a collaborative learning culture across the business.

Enabling People Managers

We know that confident leaders create high-performing teams, and that starts with giving them the right support. That’s why we introduced our People Management Toolkit and Pro Series, delivering practical, high-impact tools to support coaching, mentoring and feedback.

These resources are already helping our managers lead with purpose, building teams that feel supported and motivated.

Specialist Knowledge

With building safety and compliance becoming ever more complex, our estate management, property and customer experience teams have been a key focus for specialist training.

Working with expert external partners and our own compliance leaders, we’ve delivered bespoke training sessions designed to keep our teams informed, confident and aligned with the latest legislation.

On-Demand Learning with AI

In 2024, we introduced a suite of AI-powered e-learning tools – making training more flexible, accessible and personalised. On-demand learning allows our people to access development on their terms, fitting training around busy schedules and individual needs.

As Joe explains, there’s more to come in 2025, as we explore new tech-led learning options to keep the experience relevant, engaging and effective.

Our growing partnership with The Property Institute is helping more Centrick colleagues take the next step in their careers. Whether it’s formal qualifications or CPD opportunities, we’re supporting professional development at every stage – and raising standards across the industry in the process.
