With a total of 365 residential and 45 commercial units falling under its management, this latest appointment sees Centrick further expand its property portfolio within Solihull, following a suite of successes over recent months.
Located within the heart of Dickens Heath, the village centre is home to a variety of commercial properties, including multiple hospitality and retail developments, which will also fall under Centrick’s estate management remit.
