Centrick continues its nationwide growth with the expansion of its South Coast presence. Following the launch of new offices in Manchester and Fareham in 2024, the company is already relocating its Fareham team to larger premises within the historic grounds of Cams Hall Estate.
Originally based in the Georgian mansion at Cams Hall, Centrick has now moved into the beautifully refurbished 18th-century stables to accommodate its fast-growing team and expanding client base across the region. The new office offers 2,000 sq ft – doubling its previous space.
With a larger dedicated meeting room, spacious office areas, dining space, welcoming reception, and of course, plenty of beautiful character features – including the original wooden arches – the new workspace is designed to be a vibrant and inspiring environment for the South team to continue to grow and thrive.
This latest expansion highlight’s Centrick’s impressive journey, growing from its Midlands origins 20 years ago into a national property specialist with five offices and a 300-strong team across the UK.
