We’re thrilled to announce that Centrick has been accredited as “One to Watch” by The Times Best Companies for 2019.
This prestigious award reinstates our core belief and strategy of engaging, developing and supporting our team.
The scheme, organised by “Best Companies Ltd” and sponsored by The Times, works by undertaking an internal staff survey, where team members can give their thoughts and suggestions, likes and dislikes, as well as measuring employee engagement, completely anonymously. The feedback we gained from our first survey in 2018 is proving incredibly useful in guiding our future people strategy.
Centrick is a fast paced, dynamic business, alongside being a trusted brand within the property industry, with core values, integral to our brand as a whole. Our people are vibrant, exceptional team players and our managers empower, lead by example and inspire people to achieve their goals.
Gemma Powell, Head of HR states,
“We endeavour to be the employer of choice within our industry. We recognise that 5 generations are in the workplace now and so we want to ensure that what we drive across the business speaks to all of our people, harnessing inclusion and diversity initiatives in what we do.”
Having received this accreditation is testament to our people plans, with a common trend from the quantitative data received via the survey suggesting that “the people make Centrick”, with employee engagement reaching fantastic new levels.
In a modern age it is our responsibility to respond to a diverse workforce with a plethora of different needs, whilst understanding individuality and supporting people to reach their goals, be it professional qualifications or undertaking charitable work.
