Property specialist Centrick has stepped up its ambitious national expansion drive with the launch of two new offices in the south east and north west as it continues to secure major new building and estate management contracts across the country.
The Birmingham-based business has invested in a new Manchester office at King Street in the heart of the city centre. It has accommodation for a team of 10 with room for further expansion as the company wins more contracts in the region.
In the south, Centrick has relocated from Whiteley to larger offices in Fareham, between Portsmouth and Southampton, taking a 1,000 sq ft office with space for a 12-strong team at Cams Hall, a landmark listed Georgian mansion.
Centrick’s building and estate management and build to rent teams have already grown significantly with a portfolio of over 550 developments comprising over 26,500 homes with more planned by the end of the year.
Centrick Operations Director for the South, Paul Taylor, said:
