We’ve taken another confident step forward in our nationwide growth, expanding our Northern presence with a larger office in the heart of Manchester and welcoming Gemma Latham as Associate Director of Building & Estate Management.
The move reflects the strong momentum of our Northern portfolio and our commitment to supporting clients and residents with local expertise backed by the strength of a national team. The new office places us right where we need to be, close to key developments, partners, and communities across the region.
In early November, the team came together to officially open the new space. The launch marked more than a change of address; it signalled the next chapter of our long-term investment in the North.
Leading our Manchester team, Gemma brings over 15 years of property management experience. Her career began on the front line in customer service, before progressing through business development, operational management, and senior leadership roles. She’s known for building strong client relationships, driving efficiency, and delivering measurable results. Above all, she brings a people-first approach, combining innovation, wellbeing, and professionalism with a genuine passion for creating better living experiences.
Reflecting on her new role, Gemma said:
