Gateway combines professional learning with real, on-the-job experience. It’s built for aspiring Property Managers ready to take the next step in their careers, as well as for experienced team members who want to deepen their expertise and work towards higher-level TPI accreditations.
This programme sits within our established Learning and Development Academy and reflects our ongoing commitment to nurturing internal talent, strengthening career pathways, and raising standards across the property management sector.

Gateway is delivered through the Centrick Academy – our dedicated training environment that combines a physical learning space with a flexible online platform.
Since launching in 2020, the Academy has become a core part of our business. In 2025 alone, we’ve delivered over 5,000 hours of training, including more than 120 instructor-led sessions – and we’re only just getting started!
With Gateway now live and further training initiatives planned for 2026, we’re continuing to invest in our people and raise professional standards across the industry.
