Property specialist Centrick has been instructed to provide estate management services at Millbrook Park – a major new development of 2,240 homes in North London.
Millbrook Park Residents Management Co Ltd and Inglis Consortium has appointed Centrick as estate managers at the 85-acre site in Barnet, which is being developed in 15 phases including a range of houses and apartments. Community facilities have also been developed including a school and six hectares of parks and open space.
The vision for Millbrook Park is to create a thriving, sustainable community at the heart of NW7, comprising a comprehensive range of imaginative new homes, designed to suit today’s lifestyles. The 2,240 properties are being developed alongside a range of community facilities, including the new Millbrook Park Primary School. The current phases are being built out by renowned housebuilders EcoWorld London, PolyUK and Beech Grove Homes.
Charles Lucas, group business development director at Birmingham-based Centrick, said: “We are very excited to be retained in the role of estate managers at the outstanding Millbrook Park development in Barnet.
“The site is an important opportunity for growth in North London and a thriving community. It will be our responsibility to manage the unadopted roads, public parks, open spaces and the district-wide energy centre at the former barracks site which is witnessing a complete remediation and transformation with more than 1,600 homes already delivered and occupied.”
He added:
“Centrick has been consistently and consciously growing across the UK, building our team and investing in industry leading training. Millbrook Park, as a prominent and high quality site within the M25, shows our commitment to building on our national success within the South and growing our foothold in the capital.”
Keith Hurford, project director of the Inglis Consortium, said:
“We are pleased to welcome Centrick as the estate managers at Millbrook Park. Their experience and commitment to both the site and the community is exceptional and their open, transparent approach will be a real asset over the coming years.”
