Although it’s still six months away, we’re looking forward to heading to Cannes again for MIPIM 2025, to connect with familiar faces, hear from global property experts and forge new connections with stakeholders, developers and clients across the industry. We’ll also be hosting a series of private, invitation-only events throughout the conference.
What is MIPIM?
MIPIM (Le Marché International des Professionnels de L’immobilier) is an annual event held in Cannes, France, every March. The event takes place over four days and includes a variety of conference sessions and networking events aimed at professionals from all sectors of the international property industry. This year, the event will take place from 11th – 14th March at the usual venue, Palais des Festivals.
MIPIM is renowned for attracting the most influential global leaders in real estate and provides a platform for investors, developers and property professionals to not only share innovation and trends but also to showcase solutions with potential partners and discover new opportunities for business success and growth.
What’s happening at MIPIM 2025?
As with previous years, MIPIM will host a series of conferences across different stages, providing opportunities for professionals from across the residential, commercial and industrial property sectors as well as private and institutional investors from over 90 countries to introduce their latest development projects and solutions whilst discussing new opportunities for partnerships and innovation.
The expansive exhibition space will play host to more than 300 stands and give 20,000 attendees the opportunity to browse and network at their leisure throughout the event.
To conclude the four-day conference, the prestigious annual MIPIM Awards Ceremony will take place to recognise businesses for their outstanding contributions to the global real estate industry. The awards celebrate the most visionary, useful and sustainable projects from across the sector, and include accolades for overall sustainability, economic contribution, originality and architectural qualities.
Networking Opportunities at MIPIM 2025
MIPIM officially kicks off on the 10th March with a welcome reception for delegates to reconnect and start to build their networks. MIPIM also offers a targeted matchmaking service to connect you to new useful and relevant contacts with shared interests and goals.
