What is BTRAC 2023?
In 2023 Bisnow’s BTRAC enters its fifth year after being extended to take place over two days in 2022, following high demand and success over the previous three years. This year’s event takes place from Wednesday 14th – Thursday 15th June and will once again be held at Wembley Park and hosted by Quintain, the developers behind the 85-acre Wembley Park development, which is soon to be the largest single Build to Rent site in the UK.
BTRAC is designed to bring together the UK’s most influential commercial real estate investors, owners, developers, lenders, occupiers, consultants and advisors, providing dynamic, insightful content and facilitating networking opportunities.
The UK’s appetite for BTR investment has surpassed all expectations, exceeding £1.1 billion in Q1 of 2023 alone, and as the industry reaches its next growth stage, BTRAC will reveal the people, tools, strategies and suppliers you need to raise more capital, improve your deal pipeline, stay ahead of the competition and take your portfolio to the next level. What’s happening at BTRAC 2023?
Over the course of two action-packed days, attendees will have the opportunity to attend a series of seminars, presentations and networking events, covering all areas of Build to Rent. This year’s programme spans a number of insightful topics: from designing sustainable BTR strategies, a subject that is close to our hearts here at VICI, to financing new developments and examining the future of the sector.
In addition to this, Quintain will be offering guided site tours of the transformative Wembley Park site, showcasing their groundbreaking 365-day neighbourhood, including the OVO Arena Wembley, London Designer Outlet, the Hilton Hotel, Premier Inn, Boxpark Wembley, Troubadour Wembley Park Theatre, Amazon Fresh, independent shops, office space, acres of pedestrianised public realm and around 5,000 homes.
BTRAC will host a number of exhibitor booths run by innovative suppliers from across the industry, giving attendees the opportunity to source new potential partnerships and talk to industry professionals about business growth and objectives. There will be a variety of other networking opportunities throughout the event, including breakfast and lunch sessions, as well as a drinks reception at the end of the first day.
