Key stakeholders recently gathered to address pressing local issues and strengthen community collaboration.
The meeting focused on three main topics: the performance and reliability of the TFL Underground service at Mill Hill East, the development progress of vacant housing parcels within the estate, and the accountability and transparency of property management companies operating in the area.
Centrick was appointed to manage the wider Millbrook Park estate in July 2024 and has worked closely with residents to address legacy issues left by previous management. One of the most significant initiatives has been the establishment of the Millbrook Park Shadow Board – a body of engaged residents designed to give homeowners a stronger voice and greater influence over the management of their estate.

“It was a pleasure to meet with Dan Tomlinson MP, whose clear understanding of the challenges facing Millbrook Park residents was evident throughout our discussions. Hearing Dan refer to Centrick as ‘one of the good guys’ in our field was particularly rewarding, especially given the current scrutiny many property management companies are facing from London MPs.”
Dan Tomlinson MP is part of a group of over 30 MPs actively campaigning for leasehold reform and greater accountability within the property management sector. His support and engagement are seen as crucial in helping residents achieve fairer outcomes and ensuring their concerns are heard at the highest levels.
Together with the Shadow Board and other stakeholders, Centrick remains committed to continuing its work to enhance the living experience for all residents at Millbrook Park, addressing long-standing issues, and helping to build a stronger, more connected community.
