Centrick are delighted to announce our nomination for Residential Property Management Agent of the Year by the esteemed Insider Midlands Residential Property Awards 2023.
We are proud to be nominated alongside other respected industry leaders Mainstay and Encore, and are honoured to be shortlisted once again after last year’s awards success. In 2022, Centrick picked up the same award for Residential Property Management Agency of the Year. Since then, Centrick’s Building and Estate Management team has grown significantly and have taken on a wealth of new projects. Group Managing Director, Phil Johns, said:

Since winning the award last year, Centrick has continued to deliver on the ambition to achieve service driven strategic growth. The Building and Estate Management team will be attending the Insider Property Awards 2023 ceremony at the Eastside Rooms next month where the winners will be unveiled at a gala dinner. The event will proudly celebrate achievements across the Midland’s property sector over 2022 and 2023. Bringing together developers, consultants, architects, and more the event also spotlights the Midlands as a centre of excellence within the property service sector.
