Farm with major development potential on the market

A Worcestershire farm with major development potential is being brought to market by property specialist Centrick.

Bluebell Farm, at Pershore Road, Earl’s Croome, includes 15 acres of land which is understood to be one of the preferred sites in the South Worcestershire development plan for employment purposes.

The property, which consists of two freehold plots, is being marketed by sole agency Centrick Commercial, part of Midlands-based property specialist Centrick.

Plot one includes a five-bedroom farmhouse, stables, two barns and extensive garaging on a 1.75-acre site. It has lapsed planning consent for residential conversion and is suitable for roadside, employment or residential use. Plot two consists of 15-acres of farmland with the potential to redevelop for employment purposes.

George Xydias, Centrick Commercial agency director, said: “Bluebell Farm represents an exceptionally rare development opportunity as it is ideal for untapped commercial use. The potential is outstanding and we are expecting serious interest from regional and national developers.

“It is very well located, being adjacent to the A38 and close to the M50 junction one, 12 miles from Worcester and 16 miles from Droitwich Spa.”

Centrick chairman James Ackrill said: “It’s very rewarding to see Centrick Commercial growing our real foothold in the commercial property market. This significant instruction is testament to the talent, experience and hard work of our commercial team and I am looking forward to seeing a successful conclusion to the sale of Bluebell Farm in the near future.”
