Centrick New Homes & Investment Director Gears Up For ‘Get Up Give Back’

A dedicated real estate specialist from Birmingham is preparing to take on a meaningful challenge, joining forces with fellow industry experts to combat cancer through Get Up Give Back.

Andy Butts, the new homes and investments director here at Centrick, is eagerly gearing up for Ride London 2024. In anticipation of the event scheduled for Sunday, May 26th, Andy has been diligently logging countless miles during his training rides.

Ride London 2024 promises to attract thousands of cyclists hitting the streets for a noble cause. Andy’s participation aims to raise funds for Get Up Give Back, a charitable organisation supporting five cancer charities, each offering vital support and hope to those fighting the disease.

This year, Get Up Give Back, affiliated with Property Entrepreneur and Property Pulse Network UK, is emphasising Cardio vs. Cancer. This initiative, commemorating its fifth year, involves five mental and physical challenges over five weeks.

Expressing his commitment, Andy stated:

“I’m deeply honored to be part of Ride London 2024 and to ride in support of Get Up Give Back. Cancer has impacted the lives of so many, and participating in this event is my way of giving back and making a difference. Together, we can pedal towards a future where cancer is no longer a threat and those suffering with cancer have the support and resources they need to fight it.”

Ride London is renowned as the ultimate cycling event, testing participants’ endurance to the fullest. The 100-mile route commences from Victoria Embankment, traversing prominent London boroughs before venturing into Essex and concluding at the iconic Tower Bridge.

Andy emphasized:

“Every donation received will directly benefit our five chosen charities – Shay’s Smiles, Shine Cancer Support, The Sutton Cancer Support Centre, U Care and Eve Appeal – each of which provides crucial support to cancer patients and their families. Whether it is funding groundbreaking research, offering emotional support services, or facilitating access to treatment, every contribution counts in the fight against cancer.”
