Working at Centrick feels like being part of a big family, we are looked after and everyone cares for and supports each other. Social events are put on regularly which give us the chance to build good personal relationships – and because we get to know each other outside of work, it’s much easier for us to work together on a day-to-day basis. Getting involved in fundraising events for our charity, Reconnected, has been fantastic for strengthening bonds, teambuilding and giving us a huge sense of personal achievement. I joined Centrick in 2011 as a young apprentice with little experience in property. The business was expanding and I was ambitious and hardworking, so I could see there were huge opportunities for my professional and personal growth. Centrick has encouraged and supported me to achieve my formal qualifications in ARLA and NAEA and developed my role over the years. I am currently undertaking management training and keen to continue accessing the opportunities presented by the business – which I have seen first hand is committed to its people and which rewards hard work and commitment.
