Centrick team scoops top Midlands Property award
Leading residential and commercial property specialist Centrick is celebrating after clinching a prestigious business award in the Midlands.
The Birmingham-based company won the Residential Property Management Agency of the Year at Insider’s Midlands Residential Property Awards.
Held at The Eastside Rooms in Birmingham, the event showcased the best residential projects and developers over the past 12 months.
Centrick chairman James Ackrill said:

Centrick’s award-winning entry featured three separate elements including Brindley House in Birmingham, where the team helped to deliver major fire safety improvements. The awarding body shared some of the feedback on the award saying

Centrick was also appointed by E&J to take over the management of 133 developments, consisting of 2,320 units, from two core agents and a variety of smaller managing agents between January and August 2022, offering a complete management solution for both small and large blocks.
The team was also instructed to manage a vibrant new community of 365 residential and 46 commercial units at Dickens Heath in the heart of Solihull.
Centrick’s building and estate management director Sarah Hammond said:
“The year 2021 was pivotal in the evolution of our property management team. Existing clients demonstrated confidence in our ability and service levels, evidenced by their instructions to manage further developments. This, and the many new clients that chose Centrick, resulted in 72 developments coming under our management, with a secured pipeline of 167 new schemes due to come under our wing in 2022.”
