We’re pleased to share that we’ve taken over the management of 37 residential blocks in Bristol from Easton Bevins, welcoming 590 homes under Centrick estate management.
The portfolio is predominantly made up of resident-managed developments, and three experienced colleagues have also joined Centrick as part of the handover. Their local knowledge will help provide valuable continuity for residents and clients as the developments transition to our management.
Easton Bevins has taken the decision to focus on its core building surveying practice and step back from residential property management. We took on full management responsibility for the affected developments on 1 September 2026.
For residents and RMC directors, a change of managing agent can naturally bring questions about communication, service and continuity. Our priority is to make that transition as smooth as possible, while ensuring each development has access to the support it needs.
Our in-house Integration, property management, accounts, compliance and resident services teams are already in place to support the developments and the people who call them home.
Commenting on the new portfolio, Group New Business Director Charles Lucas said:
We are pleased to welcome these residents and colleagues to Centrick. Our in-house teams mean we can support these blocks from day one, with the infrastructure already in place to deliver a consistent, high standard of service.
Centrick manages more than 30,000 homes across the UK, spanning Building & Estate Management, Build to Rent, Asset Management and consultancy services. Welcoming these new developments strengthens our presence in Bristol and across the wider South West.
